WHERE DO WE DELIVER TO?

We deliver our product only within the stipulated regions of the Union of India. So, if you want to know if we can deliver the product at your place, please check out www.mibattri.com or contact our online helpline numbers and let us know your location, so that we can confirm if we can deliver the product to your located city.

WHAT DOES DELIVERY & INSTALLATION COST?

Delivery of most of the listed products free until unless mentioned. Installation of the listed products is also free if required with the exception of certain products which may at times require additional accessory, component or part which is chargeable to the customer.

WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

We usually deliver products within/from 30 mins to few hours but it may take upto 24 hours in some situation depending availability, your location and/or holidays and delivery load in peak seasons. Kindly contact us on our helpline numbers to know the exact time of delivery.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking of an order in certain product category can be done using the delivery partner’s website, using the link provided after successful order placement. In other cases /orders the delivery is generally fulfilled by a professional/technician and or authorized dealers. In case, you still want to track your order, simply contact us and we will give you the exact whereabouts of your shipped product.

DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE FITTING?

Installation as we mentioned earlier is usually free; however, some products may need specialize installation procedures which if beyond scope, may be charged with applicable rates.
